Today, SuSE Linux announced SuSE Linux 8.0, the company's latest Linux operating system and applications package highlighting increased security, KDE 3 desktop, seamless installation and expanded multimedia capabilities for professional and private desktop and workstation users.

High Security

SuSE Linux 8.0 offers an array of security levels, including mouse click activation of SuSE Personal Firewall 2.
